I am no longer to use CS6 after cancelling CC. I even got a new key and it continues to insist that I need to renew my CC subscription even though I cancelled it. This is really getting upsetting. This issue has been dragging out for weeks now. Ive been getting the run around and poor customer service. Client deadlines are starting to pile up. CS6 Master collection is not a cheap purchase. For the price one expects some level of customer service. I'm to the point of uninstalling all together and looking elsewhere for my editing software. If the service gets any worse I might as well get a hold of Comcast for better customer service.
