Hello! I am new to the forums and have a question. I just recently purchased a new iMac (today actually!) to use with my Wacom Intuos 5 tablet. I installed an older version of photoshop (cs 5) that I bought some time ago now, in 2010. It downloaded and was fine. However, I am noticing that when I draw using the brush tool in Photoshop my lines are not smooth. Every now and again they get a jagged kink in the them. This is true for the eraser too. I have checked my resolution and brush settings. Does anyone know what might be causing this and how to fix it? Many thanks!
Try some of Wacom older drivers. I have read older drivers work better on Macs then the newer ones. Do a search to find the best drivers to use.
Thank you for the suggestion! I have tried old and new drivers and that doesn't seem to impact it. I am not sure what else to try?
