I'm excited about Illustrator Draw, but was surprised to find out that lines are brought into the most recent Illustrator CC 2014 as filled paths with dozens of anchor points instead of a stroke? I vote for a feature request that at least gives one the option to bring them into Illustrator as strokes. Also, I'm sure you can't talk about unannounced products but I hope you and Apple are working on a way to run the full version of Adobe Illustrator on an iPad, as you now can with Microsoft Surface Pro 3. Thanks.
Mark, Illustrator Draw behaves like the Blob brush in Illustrator and creates filled shapes where brush strokes intersect. Thanks for the feature request to bring Illustrator Draw strokes into Illustrator as AI strokes. We're always looking for ways to improve the workflow between Draw and AI. - Will
Thanks, William. It seems to me, not only when they intersect, but for any line; but I'll try again. I know you had a lot of new products and features to roll out, but having looked into this further it seems a bit odd that PS Sketch and Adobe Line both do preserve lines as strokes, and as you might expect, bring custom width profiles into Illustrator as well! So, I can use either Sketch or Line for that right now, which is great.
