Hi i was wondering how to start designing apps? I am a photographer, so i was thinking of putting DW to a new test. right now i am designing my web site in muse. so there for i was thinking hum. may web app design in DW would start. on the last DW update before the october update. DW had an build app layout template. now in the new october 2014 update that layout is gone. how come? and also where is the phone gap link or icon in DW? as i mentioned my background is photography, but i do know basics in the following, Dreamweaver cs4. and thats why muse is okay for design for layout. of a web site where i struggled in DW back in class, i just jumped into it. no sketch or no idea. but the question i would like to ask is. can DW still design apps? if so how?
i have noticed there is a blank template where you add what you want not like a starter template that has a header, content and body, and footer. so the blank is for those in advance to know about web site building kinda like adobe pro-to app that came with photo shop touch and ideas back in 2012.
as i mentioned, i am self teaching myself design, struggled a lot back in school with classes like indesign, and illustrator
the type of app i am wanting to make is a gallery for clients and a store app.
as i get better i would like to design an app for camera raw. yes. theres not many apps for phones and tablets that allow you to shoot in raw from ur camera. but again its an idea. not raw editing just shot in raw or be able to convert to raw.
i know in photography school you can shoot in jpeg and open in camera raw in photoshop.
