Can you please let me know what is the status shown on Elements Agent? It would be great if you can attach snapshot. Also just to let you know Elements Organizer only upload JPEG and RAW to Revel. So the files which are not uploaded, what is the format of these files?
Also can you try to import and upload a new (sample) JPEG to your Revel account and see if it uploads or not.
Also please let me know the OS and architecture (32 or 64 bit)?

Thank you for trying to help me with this.
All of the files that have failed to upload are JPEG files.
I am using a 64-bit Windows 8.1 Pro system.
Here is a snapshot of the Photoshop Elements Agent, which is on.
New Photos seem to load to Revel, but there is a large "backlog" of photos from my library that have not loaded over the course of serveral weeks since I signed up for Revel Premium.
