Yesterday i've tried to update photoshop CC through the Creative
Cloud App but, after few minutes, the app crashed.
Then it's impossibile to update any of the Adobe products because of this:
I've tried to delete the folder /OOBE but nothing change. (I'm the admin of my iMac)
Can anyone help me?

I tried that and spend 3 hours with an Adobe service person from the Chat overtaking my computer and still did not solve the problem. Case#0185993629. Error Codes 205 and 81.
That was my third attempt to get help. I have been signed up to CC for two months and am not able to download any updates.
I want to write an email to Adobe but can not find an address. Any help would be welcome.
