I have created my first form and it is a client survey form that is automatically emailed out to each client after each appointment they have received at my business. I would like others in my organization to be able to view the document but not alter the results of the survey or delete the clients responses to the survey. I also would like to be able to hide certain information from certain individuals in my organization. For example I would want to hide the clients name from the view of the employee who provided the service.
Is there a way to allow others to only view information I want them to be able to see yet allow me to see the whole survey response?
