Have you checked on Assets tab of CC desktop that fonts Sync is turned ON ?
I'm having a similar problem. And every time I try to open up the CC desktop app, it takes my logon credentials and just keeps telling me that I have been signed out. I'm in an endless loop of signing on to be told that I've been signed out. This is infuriating!! Please let me know if you solved this, or anyone has.
Yes, I have checked and it is not working for me. No error messages shown.
Hello. Just an update, I wiped my hard drive and did a clean OS install. I went to Typekit website and removed all the fonts that were synced. Logged out of Adobe website and logged out of the CC Desktop app. Restarted my computer, logged back into everything and the sync is still not working. When I sync fonts from Typekit, I get this message...
Typekit is syncing your font selections via the Creative Cloud
To use your synced fonts on this computer, make sure the Creative Cloud application is running with font sync turned on. After a few moments, the fonts will be added to your computer automatically and will appear in your applications’ font menus. Learn more.
If you want to remove a font at any time, you can use this dialog or visit the synced font.
Launch Creative Cloud Application (button)
The CC desktop app was already opened.
I am getting a headache from this.
