    Typekit and Creative Cloud sync issues

      Hello Adobe Community

       

      Last week, I was using Illustrator and synced some fonts with Typekit. This week, I tried adding some more fonts, but it wouldn't sync with my Creative Cloud account. I uninstalled and reinstalled Creative Cloud... Creative Cloud says... "no fonts synced", but Typekit says... "fonts synced". I unsynced and resynced the fonts I used ... and the Typekit site said that I must open Creative Cloud opened so the fonts can sync, but the software is already opened.

       

      I am not sure why the software is not working properly anymore. Can someone please help me?
