    new content editor

The content editor in the backend of www.mavoschravenlant.nl has been changed for some reason I can't figure out.

Strangely, it has not been changed in the backend of other websites, or, if so, it is "workable".

Three different content editors... how come? And how the "newest" can be changed back into the old one?

The newest content editor is not workable for my client, since they don't have knowledge of HTML.

See screenshots of the three differences, all in the backend of a business catalyst website...

      Problem:

Editing is only possible with knowledge of html...

"former" content editor on site one

Either this one or the one down below (even better) is what the content editor should look like.

"former" content editor on site two

So: Why three different content editors in the backend of business catalyst websites?

Second: why has the editor been changed to the first as shown above?

Third: how can the client recover or restore the former content editor lay out in the backend of the website, hosted at business catalyst?

      Thanks for your reply!

          Hi there,

If you turn on the new BC.Next feature in beta settings or someone who has that access to your site has done so. This changes the editor.

The new editor does not just have html, it has lots of options.

IF there is Liquid code in it, it will default to code view.

IF someone has gone into the partner portal and turned off a lot of the options then the icons will be hidden, like what you see in the first screenshot.

I would talk to the developer or who ever has been going in and changing the settings on that site.
