Installed on 2008R2, but still get prompted by shockwave sites to install. Shows up in IE11 Add-ons but wont work.

I have installed the full install of shockwave on 2008 R2 with Internet Explorer 11 and it shows up as enabled under IE addons when running 32 bit IE11. However when I go to shockwave test sites I continue to get the 'Install shockwave' prompt... Please help, our company wants to deploy IE11 asap.

Does that also happen when you go to http://helpx.adobe.com/shockwave.html ?

Under Add-ons you have Shockwave ActiveX Control enabled (not to be confused with Shockwave Flash Object = Flash Player) ?
