What is error 127568 & how do I avoid it?

I work at an oil & gas company and have to render an animation but keep getting the following message:

After Effects error: Crash in progress. Last logged message was: <127568>
      <BEEp_InitSoundPB> <0> Vid rate ratios min, max: 1, 1

After this, the program crashes. This shows up just as the render process gets past the title card (AE text on a black solid), right when the first frame of my footage is set to render. I can see my footage fine in the timeline; no PNG10 errors or anything to keep it from showing up. What is error 127568 and how do I avoid it?

      My specs are:

      Windows 7 Enterprise (64 bit)

      Intel Xeon CPU E5-2680 v2 @ 2.80GHz 2.80GHz (2 processors)

      128 GB RAM

Running After Effects CC, trying to export a WMV

      Do you need anything else?
