Faulty Flash Installer button?

I'm trying to install Flash Player on Mac (10.6.8), but the Flash Installer window has a grayed-out INSTALL button, so it won't work. Have downloaded several times.

What to do?

Hi,

The button is grayed out until the License Agreement button is checked.  Once that is checked, the INSTALL button becomes active.
