Alexp79 Oct 17, 2014 12:37 PM (in response to Meg The Dog)I must be missing something.
I took the 24-bit .WAV to Audition and exported it to a mono 16-bit .AIFF.
Tried it with either an AVCHD .mts, C300 .mxf and ProRes HQ .mov file and no result.Prelude just doesn't give me the ability to add audio tracks or drag audio into the rough cut.
Can you confirm it has updated properly? (3.1.0 (128) build)
I'm running it on Mac OS X 10.9.5.
I do see the new interface with the thin blue line etc.

lewis_adobe Oct 17, 2014 1:17 PM (in response to Alexp79)Can you try dragging your audio only clip from the project panel to the blank area at the bottom of the Rough Cut time line? If I am looking at your screenshot, that is the area below your audio/Video clip.

6. Re: Where's the additional audio track functionality?
Alexp79 Oct 18, 2014 3:08 AM (in response to Meg The Dog)Ok, I found out what I did wrong:
I didn't ingest the audio file first, but tried to drag it straight from the finder.
Once I ingest the audio file, I can drag it to the rough cut as additional track. Only then does the right-click menu give me the option to add/delete a track.
