    InDesign  CS6 unresponsive

      Hello, everyone.

       

      It would appear that the document I have been working on has become corrupted - or, at least, that would be my guess. I think by now I have tried everything that has been suggested on the adobe support pages and on the forum: reset preferences, rename preferences files, reinstall indesign, empty recovery folder, save the file to idml or inx and then back to indd... None of that helped. The next thing I was going to try was this Hang, freeze | Open, create file | InDesign but I cannot find the folders mentioned, or they don't exist/have different names in ID CS6 running on Windows 8.1.

       

      I'd be grateful for any help.
