      I bought a after effect file and i would like to embed it on my web server

      I would like to be in .swf format embed to joomla web site and I using SWFobject module ...

      the resolution will be 700 x 320

      It takes too long to transfer the file from ..........

      I rendered it as a .swf file . file size is 40mb , when I uploaded to my server my web browser lags...


      Is there any appropriate solution about this problem ?

          First, please do not double post.


          Second, just a little research will tell you that After Effects is just plain lousy at generating SWF files. AE is so lousy at it that the capability has been completely removed from the latest versions. An AE generated flash file is not going to be mobile compatible either. I would suggest putting your file in an HTML5 container and rendering H.264 compressed video instead. And even better option would be to host the video on YouTube or Vimeo and set up the file to autoplay. Better bandwidth, better quality, more reliable hosting, and altogether better performance for your website.
