1. Re: monthly statement sent to customers
Liam Dilley Oct 15, 2014 6:35 PM (in response to kentelliot)Depends on what the statement says.
You can have a monthly newsletter campaign that goes out to said customers rendering a module of their order history.
But anything else a bit more custom will have to have an API and 3rd party solution to do that.

Liam Dilley Oct 15, 2014 8:58 PM (in response to kentelliot)Problem with that is I just realised is that you have to be logged in to do that. I do not believe it will work in a campaign as a result. Sorry.

7. Re: monthly statement sent to customers
Aggarwal, Gaurav Oct 15, 2014 11:03 PM (in response to kentelliot)Hi,
This is just a suggestion, why don't you create a secure zone and create a "my account" page in that. Put {module_orders,a} on the page (this will display all the orders for the user once he logs into secure zone).
The email that you will send to user put a link to the "my account" page and put a message besides that link (click here to login and view all the orders you have placed.)
User can click on the link and then go to page and login to view all the orders.
Regards,
Gaurav Aggarwal

8. Re: monthly statement sent to customers
kentelliot Oct 16, 2014 12:30 AM (in response to Aggarwal, Gaurav)Thanks for the help Gaurav,
The problem is that we need to send the statement to the customers email. We have the secure zone setup with the past orders .
The problem is that the industry standard is to email the statement.
Thanks.
