Often enough when I'm working in InDesign CS6, the top part only of all my open palettes disappear. When I say top part I mean just the tabbed parts with the names and maybe just a bit below too. The space for them remains there on screen as all the palettes are still stacked like how I have it set up, but the top portion of each one is gone and I can see my desktop underneath in that space. The way I can see them fully is to hit the tab button twice to make them all disappear then reappear.
It's the strangest thing. I updated my program but that didn't help at all. Has anybody else had this issue and found a fix?
Thanks so much for the link. I tried the 'quick and easy' way but it didn't seem to fix the problem. In fact, not only do the headers of the palettes on the right of my working space continue to disappear, now the palettes that are floating over my working space are behaving the same way and that didn't used to happen. I think I will try uninstalling/reinstalling my InDesign CS6.
