I have uninstalled CS5 on one computer and installed it successfully (including license number) on another. The programs open fine but when I click help, updates it downloads for awhile then fails. I did not deactivate the program first. How can I get the updates to complete successfully ? Thanks, Scott
What error indication do you get? If it indicates you should check you log file, have you done that?
I have to wait until I can get the PC back from the user to get the exact error. No mention about a log file though.
