Boundary of Form not adjusting to contents

    twofiftysix Community Member

      Hi,

I'm having repeated trouble with the boundary box of adobe muse forms not adjusting when you move of re-shape contents. That is, the boundary box extends far past the interior contents (screenshot attached of one where the dotted line boundary extend to the right and bottom below the contents.)

Normally, this wouldn't be a huge problem but on the mobile site is it causing problems.

Any help much appreciated. Screen Shot 2014-10-17 at 9.22.27 am.png

          Hello,

          Please Try this.

          1. Click on the Form.

          2. Select "Submit Error" State from Top Right for the Form.

          3. Once Done, you will observe that there is a box at the right side bottom of the Form Container.

          4. Please pace it back to the Submit Button and Container size will change.

Please let me know if this is not the case you are talking about. We will try to investigate it further.

            Hi Vivek,

            Thanks, that fixed the problem.

For some reason though the mobile site home page is still showing up a large white banner on the left hand side. It's the only page that is doing this, and I can't see anything that is in the way.. any advice? The site is www.sproutli.com

            Cheers,

            Tina

              Hello,

This king of issue happens if something is placed outside the browser area. Please do following checks :

              1. Go to Phone Layout in Muse.

              2. Please make sure none of the object are exceeding the layout area.

              3. Also use Select all to select all objects in the page and make sure there in no text box outside the layout area.

              4. Also do the same checks with the master page as well,In case the affected page is associated with a master page.

Please look at the screenshot for more details.

Please let me know if you still need help with this.

              Vivek
