    Framemaker text to PDF metadata?

      Hi,

       

      I'd like to write a script that does the following:

       

      1. Gets text from a (non-structured) Framemaker file using paragraph formats.
      2. Prints the file to a PDF.
      3. Sets the respective metadata fields for the resulting PDF using the text grabbed from the original FM file.

       

      I have a general idea of items 2 and 3, but a much fuzzier concept of item 1.

      I've poked around the FM DOM a bit in the Object Model Viewer, but haven't yet figured out how to grab the text associated with a particular paragraph format.

      Would appreciate any suggestions.
