Offline mode when trying to log into Story adobe?

Hi guys! I just downloaded and purchased adobe story plus, however when I try to log in it says that it's offline? Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thank you!!

Hi,

Do you mean that you get this dialog when you try to log into story?
The above sign-in dialog is shown when Story is unable to detect internet connection.
If you are connected to internet, then please quit and relaunch Story.
You should get this sign-in dialog.
