I have just had reason to perform a complete reinstall of the Windows 8 system on my laptop.
This removed a range of applications included in a Complete Individual Creative Cloud
subscription.
The only way I could access the download for the Application Manager was via Google which
took me to the Get Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App & Adobe Application Manager page.
No amount of navigation through Adobe.com led me to the page. Everything aimed to sell
to me, even though I was logged in as an existing subscriber.
I know for a fact that subscription renewal is a critical concern to SaaS providers. Can
I make a firm recommendation for Adobe to address this by catering more directly to
subscribers such as myself: loyal - yes; unlimited budget - no.
