      Error 213:5     I had a hard drive failure and when I tried to reload my Design Premium CS5.5 (bought as volume licensing) with the serial number I get the error 213:5. I have tried running 'cleaner', restarting and reinstalling and still get the same error. Chat can't help because the program is 'too old!' Any suggestions welcome, please, as I have been pursuing this problem for a week now with no luck just circular suggestions. I can't afford to upgrade to monthly payments as I am a small one-person company doing family histories which aren't large income. The only reason I am not out of business is that I had a copy on my laptop which I have been using. However it has a small screen and I really need to be able to work on the new mac mini with the large screen that is attached.
