Captivate 8 disappearing from my monitor

Greetings.

I downloaded the latest Captivate 8 update yesterday, and now the program is not appearing on my screen. It's showing as an open program, but I cannot see the project I am working on. I think it may be way off to the side of the screen, but I don't know how it got there. Captivate did this spontaneously on its own, and now every time I open the program I cannot see any project.

I am using a Mac with Yosemite, but it was doing it before I downloaded Yosemite. I am using a single monitor, as well.

The image below shows that Captivate 8 is open, but it's down in the lower left part of the screen and shows no project.
