We are looking at using RoboOffice X6 Pro to publish our help
file on a server but have a bit of a knowledge gap which hopefully
some of you folks will be able to plug. We have around 20 product
help files for different products all of which we would like
published to our server. So far so good.
Our understanding is, that the RH Pro reports do not
differentiate between the different help files. That is, if a user
searches for a help topic in help file A and it is not found, a
record of this attempt is recorded in the engine. If another user
searches for a help topic in help file B and it is not found, a
record of this attempt is also recorded in the engine. However when
the report is run, the two attempts are reported but it is unable
to differentiate between the two help files.
Would this assumption be correct? If so, the only way around
this would be to buy more licences for each help file and publish
them to different locations?
The following is true for X5:
As ChetZeshonski suggests, Adobe RoboHelp Server 6 acts in the same way. A separate database (requiring a separate license) would be necessary to get separate reports. Here is a Tech Note that goes into a little more detail.

Thanks for the replies John/Chet. I guessed as much. Shame as I doubt we can afford 20+ licences
