    Pro's ability to differentiate between help files

      We are looking at using RoboOffice X6 Pro to publish our help file on a server but have a bit of a knowledge gap which hopefully some of you folks will be able to plug. We have around 20 product help files for different products all of which we would like published to our server. So far so good.

      Our understanding is, that the RH Pro reports do not differentiate between the different help files. That is, if a user searches for a help topic in help file A and it is not found, a record of this attempt is recorded in the engine. If another user searches for a help topic in help file B and it is not found, a record of this attempt is also recorded in the engine. However when the report is run, the two attempts are reported but it is unable to differentiate between the two help files.

      Would this assumption be correct? If so, the only way around this would be to buy more licences for each help file and publish them to different locations?
