Jorma Jennings Oct 20, 2014 8:05 AM (in response to AlzheimersNZ)You should contact Adobe Support, as they would be the best people to look at your account and see if there is any issues.You can start a chat session with a Support Agent here, Adobe Connect Help | Adobe Connect Support. Just select in-meeting issues from the drop down and then I still need help. You will then be able to start a chat session or you can call them directly using your local number: Adobe Connect Support phone numbers.
