    Why has the audio been lost once a third person has logged onto Connect online?

      We have just started using Connect.

      At a meeting this week all was well with three connections (two in NZ one in France) then the audio between two of the parties was lost. Subsequently another two could talk but the third could not hear (a different pair to the original problem).

      Why has this happened and how can it be avoided?
