v32.2 Vertical Splash Screen Fix??

I passed this on to the team to take a look.

If only one could get to use 32.2. all I can find to download is 32.1. This applies whether I start it from InDesign or look for the download under "Download the latest version".

Clear your browser cache.

There is no need to download anything to get the v32.2 update to the iOS viewer. It was a server-side only deployment. Just edit your app in App Builder to force a rebuild and you'll get the new version.

It look to me that is still not resolved, tried it just now. Anyone else seeing still seeing the same issue?

My folio is horizontal and it works fine. But when I open it in vertical mode the problem still remain...................

I replaced the portrait splashscreen with a blank png. So horizontal splashscreen works and in portrait it looks fine, but without the splashscreen...

I just rebuilt an app and the splash screen is now fine.

Just rebuilt mine for the nth time and issue is still not fixed.

Originally broken image showed in both orientations but now it is only in portrait....we are making progress.

Exactly guys, in vertical position don't work regularly.

I stand corrected. It’s not fixed…it’s just different.

I’ve got a horizontal app and when it’s launched vertically it does exhibit this issue.

Good morning USA, after a nice week end, I wish to know when you can fix this big big bug?

It should be fixed with today's v32.3 release. You can build a dev app and test it.

I have been emailing back and forth with Adobe support for weeks. They were able to get it to work when opening the app while holding the device in landscape orientation but they have not gotten the Portrait portion fixed.

The rep I am working with seems to be having a hard time understanding the issue. He keeps asking the same questions that I have already answered. The issue seems to be that the device is not using the Portrait splash screen image that is loaded and instead, is taking the Landscape image rotating it 90 degrees and then stretching it to fit the screen.

Try with this morning’s release. Update your app in App Builder, test it on the device. It should be fixed now.
