I have a strange problem. I can not export my developed pictures anymore if they are GPS tagged. Lightroom 5.6 gives me an error message "attempt to perform arithmetic on a nil value".
When I remove the GPS coordinates it works, if I paste them back in, I get the same error message again.
I have this problem for about 2 weeks now. Only thing that I changed during this time was to install the full version of the NIK collection by Google. I had the trial version for a month before that and had no problems like that. I already tried to remove and re-install it but that didn't help.
Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong? Would really appreciate your help!
In which country are you located, and which language is your LR?
See this thread for a likely workaround: Lightroom 5.6 export images error message "?:0: attempt to perform arithmetic on a nil value".
Thanks for the reply.
I´m in Germany, LR is in German.
I already tried the workaround mentioned in the other thread. It works and I probably could live with it.
This seems to be a problem with non-English LR users outside of the US. If you add your vote and opinion to that other thread, which is in the official Adobe feedback forum, you'll get notifications of better workarounds and if/when Adobe acknowledges the bug and fixes it.
