Every time I try to access my 'my details' page from a newly created site I get a 'An error has occured' page. BC support say its a problem with my system, yet with other sites I have created I can access the 'my details' page with no problems. I am using a mac and have tried accessing this page from chrome and firefox. I've also tried a different mac on a different network using the same browsers and the same thing happens. Yet I can still access the 'my details' page from other sites I have created. Any ideas? BC support are not very helpful - they keep saying it's a problem with my system. I don't understand why that can be when I can access the same page on other sites.
