What picture are you refering to? The exported-to-jpg one or the raw you have in your library?
Edited pictures whith which software? Picture format?

Edited pictures with Lightroom 5. These pictures have been exported from LR.
Ok, so you want to remove borders and watermark from an exported-JPG (for example) image.
The easiest way will be to export the images again with no tik on the watermark check box: it'll save you a lot of time.
But, if you cannot (for any reasons), then I'm afraid you'll have to use your Photoshop skill and using the clone tool for the watermark and the crop for the border.
Of course, as soon as you'll save the JPG again, you'll loose a little in image quality due to the JPG compression factor.
