Where are my promise drives?

We are unable to locate our promise drives in Prelude. Anyone else having this issue? Anything that can be done? Thanks!

Can you post more information about your computer, OS, and drives?
Not having a problem here with Promise drives, the ones indicated by the arrows are Promise J4

Our Promise drive is a Pegasus R6 and we're running OS X Yosemite.

Do they show properly in the Finder?
Is it only in Prelude that you can't navigate to them?

Yes, the do show properly in finder.
Yes, it is only in Prelude that we can't navigate them.

We can navigate them just fine in Premiere.

In the upper left corner of the Ingest window, where you see your drives, if you look at the upper left corner you'll see the name of the directory and small triangle. Click on the triangle, and from the drop down menu choose "Home Directory"
Does this help/change anything?

Sorry, can't help. maybe some one else can.
If it were me, the next step I would try is trashing my Prelude Preferences.
You can download Preference Manager from Digital Rebellion (free) and you can trash just the prefs for Prelude.
