As for Win 10 it’s far too early for anyone to know about how things will shake out there. It’s not nearly finished.

As far as not knowing how it will shake out...
I appreciate that Windows 10 may be 'not nearly finished' - but I find it hard to believe that Adobe doesn't know the answer to my question given that they claim to have been working with Microsoft for over a year to try and solve these issue(s).
