kglad Oct 21, 2014 6:53 PM (in response to Martyr225)open your old captivate>click help>click deactivate.
if you're unable to open your old captivate, contact adobe support and request an activation count reset, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Martyr225 Oct 23, 2014 2:58 PM (in response to kglad)Ok, I think that worked. I signed out, opened Captivate, then signed in. Now I don't see the warning box.
Thanks much!

5. Re: Deactivation?
kglad Oct 23, 2014 3:06 PM (in response to Martyr225)you're welcome.
p.s. cc sign-out/sign-in is much easier than the older deactivate/activate. you can start the sign-in process on a 3rd computer and you will be warned and given the opportunity to sign out from the other installations without having to open them and explicitly sign-out.
