Hey everyone, I've got a client who would like a message displayed when the shopping cart exceeds $40 (before tax and shipping).
In addition to the message, they would like to offer a free membership and optional magazine. Neither of these will be managed through BC, but I need to be able to pass that information off to the client.
My first thought is to create a custom CRM field with a check box that can be toggled on and off from the checkout page. I've also wondered if there is a way to add a free product (the membership and magazine) to the shopping cart once the price is over $40.
Do any of you have experience with this situation?
