actually the pan and zoom feature is not added how can i add this feature so that the response may be fine on tablets and smartphones

The Android viewer does have native pan and zoom support. Why are you wanting to do this with HTML? One issue with this content is that you're using flash animations. Modern Android devices no longer support Flash.
