Flash CC, the pencil tool isn't working, it closes the program every time I try to use it, plus the stage in not responding.

Hello, I'm having problems with Flash CC, first the stage wasn't place in the place, the tool bar was cutting off some of the icons and it got worse. Now, every I try to  I try to use the pencil tool, it closes the entire Flash CC program, I really need to use flash every day for school, please I need help! How can I fix it?
