I live in the Caribbean and when I tried to purchase Photoshop I was told it is not available in my country.
I contacted Adobe and was given a number to call: +1-206-675-6400, which was a long recorded message in Spanish, which I do not speak.
Does anyone know if PS is available outside of the USA, now that you cannot buy it in a box?
