How do I unsubscribe from Adobe Send and what went before it? It was a mistake.

I seem to have subscribed to Adobe Send and it's predecessor by hitting one too many buttons. How do I unsubscribe as I have no desire to spend $ 19 and change for the rest of my life? Please help.
