Here are the question I have answered here:
I have Mac 10.9.5
I use Firefox
I have 16 GB ram
It has always worked before and made no changes
I have not updating hardware, printers or drivers; or installing/uninstalling any programs since this last worked
when the problem occurred i was in the Firefox, but the Photoshop was on
My software is Adobe creative cloud, and Iworks
free space is my your system: 284,4 GB

But here is NO help! Only "try this", or "try this" and so no......, and can't find Creative Cloud chat support (all Creative Cloud customer service issues) anywhere??
