I just updated to After Effects CC 2014 the other day and have been having issues with it accepting my graphics card.
I worked with AE CC before this with this card and haven't had any issues. The program will not use the graphics card for any ray traced rendering. The error message that I get at startup of after effects says "Ray Tracing on the GPU requires an approved NVIDIA graphics card and CUDA 5.0 or later." I have CUDA 6.0.37 installed
2013 15" Retina Macbook Pro
NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2GB
Mac OS 10.10 "Yosemite"
AE CC 2014
Make sure your CUDA driver is up to data and then click enable unsupported GPU. Known issue.
Still doesn't work. My CUDA driver is up to date and even when I click enable unsupported GPU and I change the "Use CPU for Ray Tracing" to "Use GPU for Ray Tracing" it defaults back to the CPU.
