What program are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?
Are you working with GoPro 1280 x 960 video (fisheye) or have you posted in the wrong forum? Do you have a Photoshop Elements

Im using Windows and yes for the Premiere Elements.... Im shooting video with a Phantom vision +......1080p .I was told by the salesman that I could correct fish eye with Premiere Elements plug in.......

I have not found any Fisheye Plugins for Premiere Elements to date.
But, you may be interested in the Defishr by Prodad that seemed to have worked for Pacman
Are you certain that the sales person was not referring to Premiere Pro instead of Premiere Elements when mentioning fisheye plugin for Premiere Elements?
In contrast, I do not see you doing this lens video distortion correction with Photoshop Elements in conjunction with Premiere Elements.
