I have downloaded the trial version of Photoshop Elements 12, but have purchased an authentic product key which I have entered which should allow me the full version. I am being asked by messages from Adobe to verify the authentication product key whenever I open Photoshop Elements 12. Unfortunately when I click on the tab, it will not open and allow me to enter the product key. I have 5 days left in which to validate. Any help will be much appreciated.
