    HOW do I get help in a reasonable time period for my digital download error???


      I started last week with error message of need to authorize my computer for digital 3.0 download for my noon color-- I have deleted digital editions off computer with B & N support reset to factor settings my color nook established email address for nook to match my adobe email address- followed B & n instructions and adobe instructions for authorizing computer and nook-  all show same email address and still computer will not authorize-- I have deleted computer email adobe address as recommended and reentered- did same with nook authorization and still same error.  I am very frustrated with lack of ADOBE support on 1 of there products-  CAN I PLEASE GET A RESPONSE AND SOME ASSISTANCE???
