Adding the same title multiple times to a video

Hello all,

We have an academic project, and for the project I have to put titles to a video. I am very new to video editing but so far, I've managed how to add a title, so it is not the problem. I've got two problems regarding the project:

1- I have to insert the same title appearing once in a half minute, and since the duration of my video is 90 mins, it would mean that titles add up to 180. How can I quickly add titles repeating with the same time interval during the whole video ?

2- Suppose that I would have to edit the title after I inserted all. Do I have to edit all the titles one by one? So is there a quicker way such as, to edit one of the title so that it will effect all my titles with one move?

You can add the same Title as many time as you need to

If htere are effect and motion on the tilte...you could create the title in a Nest and use the nest as the graphic. Change the nest changes the title just as changing the title does for all instances.

I dont know an automatic way of placing the title t o many instances.
