Robohelp HTML x3 compatabiity with IE7

I'm running an older version of Robohelp (x3) and have just run into Javascript issues with IE7. I have gone into the settings and tried to ensure scripts are enabled - accept cookies is selected... I can't find the problem. Every time I try to run files that worked fine a couple of weeks ago I get the "To help protect your security...IE has restricted this webpage from running scripts or ActiveX controls" as well as "It seems javascript is disabled in your browser".

I've tried everything I can think of to rectify the issue but nothing has worked... Can anyone tell me how to alter the setting in IE to make the files display without these messages?
