Which version of photoshop are you using?
Are you getting the ScriptingListenerJS.log put on your desktop after you run or Quit photoshop?
If so, that means you have the ScriptingListen.plugin enabled in your photoshop plugins folder.

I’ve resolved the problem by using Time Machine to restore Photoshop CS6 to an earlier date, then dumped Scripting Listener JS in trash.
