Dreamweaver CC 2014 installation looks wrong: how to fix?

I downloaded Dreamweaver but when I open it - it doesn't look right. The title page box is not in the tool bar and all the things that should be at the bottom are not there either.

How can I fix this.

The title page box is not in the tool bar

Moved to Property Inspector.
