Using a GREP search to add a space between a lowercase and uppercase character

I was looking for a way to use a GREP find/change to add a space between a lowercase and uppercase character (for example, LittleBlueBirds needs to be Little Blue Birds). I tried this code to do the find, which worked:

      (\l\u)

However, with my limited GREP knowledge, I didn't't know what code to put into the "change" field...and then figured out the solution:

      I changed my search to:

      (\l)(\u)

And in the change field, entered:

      $1 $2

(found 1, space character, found 2)

I'll leave this up here for anyone who needs the information.
