In the past day or two I have had complaints from recipients of files I've distributed via AdobeSend that they can no longer see the document preview when they click on the link in the notification email.
I've just sent a file to myself to test this out. The file uploaded okay and I got a notification email to tell me it was there. When I click either the "View File" button or the link a new window opens and then goes to a blank instead of displaying a preview of the document.
Only a few days ago everything was fine and I'm just wondering if the Adobe server problem yesterday has a bearing?
