I am very frustrated with my Creative Cloud application - in particular I am constantly losing the creative desktop box where I see my recent updates and programs. It will not launch. I have had a CC membership for almost a year and this is a recurring problem. Please tell me how to fix it. Why does the Creative Cloud program fail to launch? On other suggestion- I am a member of CC so why send me into the sales area ? I don't need to go that path. Very confusing.
